This Privacy Policy describes how Ashutosh Rana ("I", "me", or "my"), doing business as parthrana.org / "Parth Rana," handles information in connection with the services and applications developed and operated through this website (parthrana.org) and associated development projects, including the SMS messaging program described below.

This website and the applications I develop are primarily personal development and testing tools. The following describes what information may be collected:

Contact Form: If you use the contact form on this website, you voluntarily provide your name, email address, and message. This information is only used to respond to your inquiry.
Server Logs: Standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are used solely for site maintenance and security.
SMS/Voice Program ("Ashutosh Rana AI Agentic Messaging"): If you opt in to this program by texting START to the program number, I collect and store your phone number, the timestamp and exact content of your consent, your message type preferences, and message delivery/reply records. This program is limited to individuals I personally invite to collaborate on or test the software — it is not offered to the general public. Use of Information

Any information collected is used solely for the following purposes:

Responding to contact form inquiries
Maintaining and improving site functionality
Sending program messages (one-time passcodes, status notifications, agent alerts) to individuals who have opted in, and honoring opt-out/help requests

This includes SMS text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: no mobile phone numbers, message content, opt-in status, or opt-out status collected through the SMS program will be shared with or sold to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes, or for any other purpose, under any circumstance.

This website is self-hosted on a personal server. I take reasonable measures to protect any information collected, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Cookies

This website may use minimal cookies for theme preferences (light/dark mode). No third-party tracking cookies or analytics services are used.

Third-Party Services

This site is served through Cloudflare Tunnel. Cloudflare may collect standard web traffic data as outlined in their own privacy policy. SMS/voice messages are delivered through Twilio, which processes message content solely to deliver the message. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing services are used.

Children's Privacy

This website does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
