Ashutosh Rana operates a limited SMS messaging program, "Ashutosh Rana AI Agentic Messaging," for individuals personally invited to collaborate on or test AI agentic software under development. The following terms apply to this program:

Program Name: Ashutosh Rana AI Agentic Messaging
Who Can Join: Participation is limited to individuals personally invited by Ashutosh Rana to collaborate on or test this software. The program is not open to the general public and is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message Types: One-time passcodes (OTPs), development/task status notifications, and AI agent alerts related to the software being tested.
How to Opt In: An invited participant opts in by texting START (also accepted: YES) to +1 (218) 296-9424. Sending this message is the participant's explicit, self-initiated consent to receive program messages. No one is enrolled in this program without first sending this message.
Message Frequency: Varies based on development and testing activity. No recurring marketing messages are sent.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP (also accepted: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE) at any time to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
Opt Back In: Text START (also accepted: YES, UNSTOP) at any time to resume receiving messages.
Help: Reply HELP (also accepted: INFO) for assistance, or email [email protected].
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Carriers: Compatible with all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
